HOPE

Since we titled Charlotte's blog "Heart of Hope," it's only fitting that I titled today's blog "HOPE."  It's exactly what we had throughout Charlotte's journey.  Our hope was for Sweet Charlotte Rose to heal and to live a full life, one without pain and suffering.  But instead of having that here on earth, she will have that in heaven with The One who loves her more than her Daddy and I do, even though Mommy comes in at a VERY close second.

As always, thank you for your continued prayers.

  3. I don't even know what to say other than I am so, so sorry. You and your family have been in my thoughts and prayers over these past weeks. When I look at my boys, all I can think is 'wow, they chose me to be there momma.' I like to think that maybe before their souls came to me, they were sitting with God and together they chose their family...it's just too perfect to be left to chance. Your precious Charlotte chose YOU.

You're grace, strength, determination, faith and stamina are an incredible inspiration to so many.

Know that SO many are, and will continue, praying for you.

  4. Sarah, I have not stopped thinking of your precious family since reading your blog yesterday morning. I am so, so sorry. Thank you for allowing all of us to KNOW that baby girl through this blog. It was a true joy to follow her journey here on earth.... you are a lucky Mama to call her yours. Thinking of you constantly ....

  6. Sarah,
I'm just devistated to hear of your loss. I had NO idea any of this was going on. I just discovered your new blog the other day through Paige. Please know you are in my prayers. What a beautiful little girl! You were both so lucky to have had each other. Lots of hugs and prayers!

  7. Patrick-
Although I work only 20 cubicles away from you, I was caught completely unaware of your family's situation when I returned from a 3-day weekend today. Just know that one more person is praying for the "peace which passes all understanding" to comfort you, Sarah and the extended family throughout this chapter of your lives. Life offers joys and hardships, but I know baby Charlotte Rose will be waiting (in PERFECT health) when we get to the other side. I can't wait to meet her.

And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Phil 4:7)
