I am officially a cookie lover. Thanks to my MIL's hard work, I am also a cookie making machine. In parts, we made cookies for our sweet staff at Medical City's CHSU (Congenital Heart Surgical Unit)...in preparation for Charlotte's homecoming. We still gifted the unit with our thanks for loving Sweet Charlotte, but this time, with my darling girl's monogram. If only...

You are an amazing person, woman, mother-and I have no doubt that the incredible team that cared for your sweet Charlotte knows that. You continue to inspire those around you with your incredible strength. I know you are supposed to be leaning on those around you for strength-but I have a feeling you are playing the part of the pillar. Isn't it amazing, the work your dear Charlotte continues to do? Through you and through the lives of those she touched, her spirit and her purpose will live on forever. I've said it before- but I will say it again- she CHANGED LIVES- I'm a better person, a better mother, a better christian, and I owe that to the work that GOD chose to do through your daughter. My prayers for peace and comfort for your family will never stop. It is the least I can do for the gift your sweet Charlotte gave to me.
